Introduction

Welcome to yes77. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and yes77 ("yes77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at yes77.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the yes77 platform — including sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, lottery, arcade products, and promotional services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of yes77, including players accessing the platform from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of yes77 complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on yes77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. yes77 strictly prohibits the registration or use of accounts by any individual under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own individual capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of yes77 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any applicable national or international sanctions list, including but not limited to OFAC, UN, or EU sanctions programmes.
• You must not be suffering from a gambling addiction or have previously self-excluded from yes77 or any affiliated gaming platform during an active self-exclusion period.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

Each eligible Player may hold one (1) Account only on the yes77 Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identity document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• A valid and active email address to which you have exclusive access;
• A valid Malaysian mobile number;
• Your date of birth;
• A secure and unique password for your Account.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. yes77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You must notify yes77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided to yes77, at the time of registration and at any subsequent point, is accurate and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Identity Verification (KYC)

yes77 operates a risk-based Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. KYC verification may be triggered at account opening, upon a withdrawal request, or at any time yes77 determines it is necessary.

5.1 Documents Required

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed copy of your MyKad (front and back), passport, or other government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three (3) months showing your full name and residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence of ownership of the bank account, e-wallet, or payment instrument used to make deposits (e.g., screenshot of Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks account showing your name and account number);
• Source of Funds: Documentation evidencing the legitimate origin of funds deposited into your yes77 Wallet, where required for higher-value accounts.

5.2 Verification Timelines

yes77 will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within two (2) to five (5) business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. yes77 reserves the right to extend this period where additional due diligence is required.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yes77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players:

• DuitNow (Instant Transfer)
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT)

6.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment instruments owned and registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. yes77 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as part of our anti-money laundering controls. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. yes77 targets withdrawal processing within three (3) minutes for DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet; processing times for other methods may vary.

yes77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed where a Player's Account is under review, suspended, or where outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have not been met.

6.4 Currency

The yes77 Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in MYR. No foreign currency conversion is applied by yes77; however, where a Player deposits or withdraws via a cryptocurrency method, conversion to or from MYR will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the yes77 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. General betting rules include the following:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. yes77 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors; any bet placed at a clearly erroneous price may be voided.
• A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by the yes77 system and a bet ID has been issued. Bets placed during periods of system error or connectivity interruption may be voided.
• yes77 offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other markets. In-play odds are subject to rapid change; the Player accepts the odds at the moment of confirmed placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, competition, and market type. yes77 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• yes77 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay settlement of any bet where there is reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation, insider information, or technical error.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to the Player's Wallet promptly following official result confirmation.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

yes77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. yes77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. Claiming a bonus via multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus Funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements have been met, unless the Player elects to forfeit the bonus in the Account settings.
• yes77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affected Players via email or on-platform notification.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except in accordance with the stated wagering requirements.

8.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who complete account registration and KYC verification may be eligible for yes77's welcome bonus of up to RM2,880. Full terms, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and wagering requirements applicable to the welcome bonus are set out in the promotion-specific terms available on the Platform. yes77 reserves the right to amend welcome bonus terms without prior notice.

Responsible Gambling

9.1 Player Protection Tools

The following tools are available to all registered Players via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a permanent or long-term (minimum 6 months) self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may not be reversed during the exclusion period.

yes77 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect signs of problem gambling behaviour. Where such behaviour is identified, yes77 reserves the right to impose protective account restrictions without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the yes77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one Account ("multi-accounting");
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or KYC documents;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system glitches to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from yes77;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy that yes77 reasonably determines to be abusive of the bonus system;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, market prices, or bonus claims;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yes77 staff or other Platform users.

Suspension & Termination

yes77 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• yes77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the Account;
• The Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested;
• The Player is determined to be under 21 years of age;
• The Player is located in or has accessed the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require such action.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, yes77 reserves the right to withhold the entire balance, including real-money funds and any winnings, pending investigation. Where no breach is found, real-money balances net of any Bonus Funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting yes77 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied.

Intellectual Property

All content on the yes77 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, algorithms, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and audiovisual content ("Platform Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of yes77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform Content is granted.

The yes77 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are trademarks of yes77. Unauthorised use of any yes77 trademark is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yes77 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in market odds, game outcomes, or promotional materials;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where such access results from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials;
• Any technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or interruption caused by factors beyond yes77's reasonable control, including but not limited to ISP failures, power outages, or force majeure events.

In any event, yes77's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

yes77's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

yes77 processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

Amendments

yes77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules, conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause shall limit yes77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in connection with the protection of its intellectual property rights or the prevention of fraudulent activity.
